Unforgiveness coupled with bitterness is a toxic pill like poison that affects the person who can’t forgive and forget, not realising the harmful effect it is causing the soul. But sadly, there are people who never forgive, without even realising that they are doing that. Moving on from what we perceive as offense (rightly or wrongly) is difficult but when we forgive, we release freedom in the heavenlies, which frees the soul, liberates the spirit and heals our being.
~ my thoughts today, 23 March 2014
Muddied water purifies itself when left untouched,
Before long, it will be crystal clear.
An oscillating pendulum grows still when you leave it on its own,
Beautiful memories come at the right season.
Time heals old wounds, where scars may hardly show,
A river flows gracefully when it is slow.
And so let’s wait,
The moon continuously glows,
The sun rises at dawn,
The earth turns each day.
I am soft yet stronger than what people think,
I pray you do too,
Love has many faces.
