Somewhere in time
There was a woman
Who waited and hoped and loved.
Sitting by the train station
Waiting for the man who promised
he will come back.
She never became tired,
she waited long,
Until one day she realized
she has a life of her own.
“I deserve to be loved, cared for and respected
I will search for someone, until the very end.”
It was so long ago and so far away
This story that I’m telling you now.
Somewhere in time,
do you think she found someone?
From an old book I read, this was what she said-
“I am a woman racing against time
I searched far and wide for ‘someone.’
Thank God I found love and meaning and grace
And never lost it again to time and space…..
People say impossible, how could it be?
I say yes, it is possible to be free.
The ‘someone’ that I found was ‘me’.”
Woman’s true freedom comes from finding her ‘Truth’ and loving herself.
More than anyone, she is her very own soulmate’.
